Here's what other people are saying about Forbidden Games...
I used to frequent a small Mediterranean restaurant for drinks and tapas when I lived in Boston. The recipe for their version of the Lolita was a secret, but I can say for certain that it was mixed with mango nectar and finished with a float of champagne before being topped with an orchid. It was juicy, not cloying, and the orchid lent a creaminess to the nose. The restaurant is closed now, and the scent of this perfume is the closest I have gotten to that heavenly, exotic drink. Unfortunately, this is one of few fragrances that gives me a headache. I keep ordering a sample every other year, hoping this will have changed.

It initially smellsike grape juice and booze.... But now I smell the individual fruits. The cinnamon is very vague, which to me is a good thing. Florals are intriguing. Mostly the rose and the geranium bourbon. I like it. The dry down is marvelous. It really is an olfactory symphony.

As soon as I put this on, I thought "nice, but I could get the exact same effect from a $12 rose-scented lotion." It's definitely a pleasant scent, and I'll enjoy wearing this sample! However, to me it's just too much of a bland, vaguely fruity floral to be worth investing $160-260 in. There are some interesting musky qualities that develop over time, but a) they take a while and b) this still reminds me of a mediocre Victoria's Secret perfume.

Yikes. I just put A DROP of the sample on, and it's overwhelming. And it smells familiar in a been there done that kind of way. VS Pear Glace. When it's not overwhelmingly sickeningly sweet, there is some high quality fruit that I might be able to get on board with but oh my god I just can't get past that VS smell. Ugh. Maybe if I rub off most of it it'll get better? Nope, just tried that and... no. I'm sorry By Kilian you make some awesome high quality frags but coulda passed on this one.

I have been sampling perfumes for several years now and have never really purchased a full bottle. Commitment issues I guess. I Finally found Forbidden games and Good Girl Gone Bad. I couldnt decide on which one to get. So I just bought the Forbidden games and I am in love. I feel its perfect for the Fall/Winter Time it just has that smell that you want to wear a sweater, scarf, gloves, etc. Fallen Angel was someone elses comment more like a Winters Fallen Angel and I agree. I will definetly be buying the Good Girl Gone Bad for the summer. It smells more fruity but I still love it. It just seems more for a warmer season.

It reminds me of many Escada perfumes in 90 '.

I am so pleased with how this frag blooms with my chemistry. It starts out as a modern, refined Poison-ish scent which is almost good enough as is but actually gets better, which rarely happens for me! It warms up and, as I'm learning from this line, is so well-blended, that I don't even want to analyze it because its just so beautiful and it makes me happy. I feel elegant and sexy. I will start out with the refill-if I still like it and want a second bottle I will get the exquisite bottle presentation. I'm on a massage therapist budget!!

I am loving this! It is what I wanted Liaisons Dangereuses to be. Fruit, but not sweet berries, with some spice and a warm vanilla base. I was surprised when I saw the negative reviews. Some people seem to look for dirt, grit and funk in a perfume and are disappointed in an offering that does not screech or scream. Does this fragrance depict "Forbidden Games"? Well, that depends upon your interpretation of said games. I really enjoy the "wearability" of this scent. It does not strike me as an average fruity floral, there is something more. A comfortable, fun scent with a certain je ne sais qois.... Edit: I mixed a little Cruel Intentions into a vial of this (I know, Calice would not be pleased). It added longevity, silage and a fabulous sandalwood base!

If a fallen angel had a scent this would be it. Its a big sweet, fruity, spicy scent. Very naughty and flirtatious but yet its soft and delicate. It is so complex and has so many facets.A gourmand with a perfect touch of incense. Perfect winter scent.Dont hesitate on this one, its perfect
