Black Phantom

Eau de Parfum

If you like Black Phantom Eau de Parfum, we recommend you try:
Here's what other people are saying about Black Phantom...
A beautiful gourmand scent, Black Phantom is both sweet and smokey. It's a perfect fall/winter perfume, and for me it was FB worthy. It reminds me so much of halloween with its boozy chocolate notes, which on dry down are a little more subtle and give way to the coffee note. Smells vaguely like By The Fireplace by MMM, but with more chocolate and less smoke.

Smells like cheap, dollar store, vanilla candles.

Starts off with the sensuous rum and sweet chocolate, and then settles down into a warm caramel which blew my mind. I couldn't stop smelling this on my skin for hours, and it lasts a very long time. Definitely masculine, and not recommended for hot summer days. FB worthy.

Wow, this is a masculine winner from the house! I get boozy chocolate, and... something a little darker I can't quite put my finger on. A great gourmand by Killian, which they seem to do particularly well. Out of the 12+ I've sampled from the house, this was one of the guys I had to put a FB of into the collection. Perfect for the cold weather - especially for the holidays. Really good longevity, projecting 3+ hours, lasting as a skin scent for probably around 12+. I think you're safe with this in an office setting so long as it's not too hot and you haven't decided to bathe in it. Few will be off-put by this delicious gourmand, in my estimation.

Creme brulee, chocolate, and rum are the main accords I get in this perfume. It is a beast of a fragrance! Very strong - not in an overpowering way - but I'd suggest minimal application if you're considering wearing this in an office environment. It's a beautiful boozy gourmand and the sillage is one the best I've tried (12+ hours). It does become a more 'close to the skin' scent around hour 8, but still very pretty. This is definitely a unisex fragrance. The price-tag is a bit steep, but that's a given with By Kilian. Definitely added to my wishlist.

Love love love the smell of this. Smoky and sweet and I wanted this to be "my fragrance" I preordered it and am nearly finished with my bottle......not. one. compliment. Not that it is all about other people, but clearly either it doesn't last or it's not significant enough for anyone to even notice. For the price; I expected more. Definitely won't be buying again....

Agree with the creme brûlée, coffee & chocolate only at the open, dries down sweet & slightly fruity - I guess that's the heliotrope. By Killian Intoxicated is the place to go if you like coffee (with cardamom), and that's a fragrance I like a whole lot better than this one. This is very nice but, for me, not strong or lasting and personally I wish it were a little smokier.

I loved this fragrance, its beautiful and I wanted to smell it all day and my lady wanted to eat me. On me it smells very dark chocolate/caramel and it lasts all day. Its not so sweet that it gives you a headache, its a softer scent that keeps you wanting more, a little like when you walk past a bakery and keep getting beautiful addictive wafts of something delicious baking. I will definitely be buying this 1!!!

Oh no! It's Homer Simpson disguised as the infamous Black Phantom and he's over at Starbucks right now ordering a caramel macchiato with glazed donut in hand. DOH! *ZERO STARS*

Oh wow, I did not like this. It was too powdery and burrowed up into my nose and camped out there. Like most terrible scents, I had a hard time getting it off of my wrist. So it's got staying power!

The description above is far busier than the fragrance itself, which is a leisurely coffee and creme brulee next door to the bookstore. (Bet you a quarter the phantom is George Whitman, the founder of Shakespeare & Co. along the Left Bank. And if it’s not, why not?) I don’t catch the heliotrope, and the pepper could have asserted itself a bit more, but this is a luscious autumn gourmand, capable of wearing well on grown folk. Extra credit for that opening, which translates into scent that haptic feedback when the sugar crust of the creme brulee first cracks under your spoon.

A really good gourmand, and true to its listed notes. I'm not a huge fan of these type of scents, but I've been searching for one that I really like to add to the rotation. This probably won't make the cut, although it is nicely composed.
