Here's what other people are saying about L'eau de Circe...
Fruity floral that is 'okay,', but doesn't offer anything special that makes me want to buy it. Too sweet for my taste.

A fruity floral with top notes of melting plastic. If I had to guess what's creating the illusion of plastic I would say the tangerine or peach. Or the combination of the two of them. I chose this sample because I like the scent of lilies, but I don't get any lilies from this.

On me, an initial blast of spices followed by... Dr. Pepper?! Before drying down to spicy, lily-ish sweetness. Not bad, but not me.

This is an ultra-feminine, womanly, timeless scent. And it's got sillage. My mother wanted to know the identity of my latest scent (a sample of L'Eau de Circe)--and she is usually mum about my fragrances. I must procure some of this fabulous juice.

I have a feeling that L'eau de Circe was created before Gucci Rush but there is a remarkable similarity between the two. (Not a surprise that big houses copy scents from boutique brands) Gucci's is A LOT headier and made with synthetic materials. This brand uses (to my knowledge) natural oils which is much nicer on the skin and for the senses.

First impression is that this really really smells like Gucci Rush. I mean, a lovelier, more sophisticated version of it, but basically the same thing going on. I will definitely try this one again in a few days.

I like the opening peach notes, but it dries down to something very similar to Charlie, at least on my skin. I like the Charlie scent, but it is not for me, and frankly can be had for much less money.

This is really pretty. The peach is not annoying or cheap smelling. Complex, sweet flowers over peach and vanilla - laced with amber. Beautifully balanced.

Peach scented potpourri - wood shavings, peach oil, amber resin...it's a very dry scent. There's nothing crisp or brisk about it. I find it warm and inviting and makes me think of cuddling by the fire. It's definitely one of the more grown up fragrances I own.

Perfectly balanced feminine scent that works like a charm on a warm day or a cool evening. Very wearable and very elegant.

This is a gorgeous, silky fruity-floral that has little in common with dept-store fruity floral blends. It evokes the smoothness of silk like no other scent. A must for any perfume fan!
