Here's what other people are saying about Noel au Balcon...
I really like this perfume and may buy a bottle. Pleasant opening of sweet citrus but it changes fast to honey, apricots, patchouli then a hint of musk and dried fruits at the dry down on my skin. I live in the Arizona desert in extreme heat (122 degrees today) so this sample developed fast activated by the heat. It got sweeter but not sickeningly sweet. Projection is not strong it is skin scent on me from the beginning but that could be due to a sample and not spraying on my skin. This scent is worth trying!

I got this sample because I LOVE XERJOFF Ideale Bouquet (but not the price), said if you like this try Noel au Balcon. I have a huge problem with staying power, a few hours then gone. I am working through a bunch of new samples. Loved the description, I mostly got orange notes, my co-worker said grassy, and my husband said old lady. I am not sure how old, old lady refers to but I am probably getting close! I thought it was nice, but will keep trying. Body chemistry is such a mystery!

If Etat Libre d'Orange were Twin Peaks, and I’m not sure it’s not, this is its Audrey Horne and the moment where the apricot shifts to red pepper and cumin is that scene with the cherry stem. (And Vraie Blonde would be Donna, of course.) Before that, honey, vanilla, and orange blossom find their angora-sweater sweetness curved into something not so innocent by a surprisingly bold cinnamon note and a garnish of sticky-tart tangerine; after, an amber-musk base purrs like the midcentury American automobiles David Lynch adores. Not an office scent, but oh what a weekend you’ll have.

I love this scent! It's my new "reel him in fragrance". Totally unique and very sexy. It's quite spicy, but I love it. I enjoy all of the notes but it opens up rather slowly. So, I end up sniffing my wrist all day while wearing it. I get a lot of the honey, nigella and cinnamon notes. It's delicious. My son says that I smell "like a yummy gingerbread cookie". As with all ELdO scents, a little goes a long way. It's better to start off by spraying the air and walking thru it.

Potpourri. A pleasant potpourri. But still potpourri.

Oh my!! The scent description does NOT lie. This is extremely sexy, borderline too sexy, in fact I really doubted the whole prancing around the xmas tree in a corset statement, but it's soo right. Whenever I where it, I feel sexed up, ready to go ;) the boyfriend likes it too and he rarely compliments me on the fragrances I wear. Its such a nice dirty, hot and enticing scent, it really is just like sex during the holidays. I felt almost downright bad when I wore this ON xmas. Great sexy scent.

This is a white musk - nothing memorable, and the description is far more interesting than the scent really is. It's not too sweet, but also not seductive in any way. SIlage is decent for the price, and if you're interested in a more "adult" white musk this is your scent.

Spicy and sexy, but also heavy and strong. More of a date scent than something you would wear at the office. Definitely smell the cinnamon and honey.

the best way i can put it is sweet but not the slightest bit twee. sexy, thick, rich. creamy and spicy, complex and multilayered. one of my all time faves.

This smells like the spiced skin of cherries. I rather enjoy it. Too bad I have to put my wrist to my nose in order to smell it. Overall, a very unique creation that I would buy if it was just a tad stronger.

Delicious. From the description here I expected quite a gourmand scent, and there are definitely foody top notes - citrus and cinnamon are strong for me - but these are tempered with something floral (the orange blossom, perhaps), and the overall effect is not overly foody. The dry down is a gorgeous vanilla, amber and musk that had me smelling my wrist all day. It's not 'christmassy', but is definitely a cold weather scent. Warm, comforting, sexy, and delicious. Pefect for enticing someone to nuzzle your neck.

this is heady, sexy, look at me stuff. very good for going to a party you know your ex will be at, if you care about making him jealous, that is. smells a bit like you have been doing it all night. i like it.

This is really nice but not what I expected. I was thinking more spicy, fooday smell but it actually reminds me of midnight orchid by susanne lang. Its soft and feminine with a uniqueness to it that I cant quite place. Worth a sampling in my opinion especially at this price point.
