The Scoop
Tulipe could easily be the olfactory translation of a still life painting from the Dutch golden age. Stems, flowers, and peeled fruit patiently sit together, gathered on a solid wood table. A nod to Paul Vacher's penchant for art and his inspiring strength. The tulip uncovers itself in varnish-like crispy green notes, that muted flower reopened from fruity, green accents. Tulip, acacia flower, and galbanum create the opening, immediately fresh and refined, a delicate clarity that feels almost botanical in its precision.
The composition progresses toward a green and fruity floral facet where jasmine brings its half-fruity, half-sensual signature alongside ylang-ylang and narcissus. Narcissus lends green floral accents while jasmine contributes fruity floral inflections, creating a middle section that feels modern and intricate. Iris, musk, and cedarwood envelop the composition in a halo of modernity, with the wooden frame suggested by ylang and cedar grounding the painting. Tulipe is a modern floral green fragrance, seductive in the most natural manner, where nothing is loud and everything speaks of refined restraint and artistic vision.
