Sample Orders
Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.Product Orders
Most products purchased online can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Please contact us from our contact page to get return authorization and approval. (Online orders can not be returned to any Scent Bar location). We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. If an item is opened, used, or the packaging is damaged in any way, we can not provide a full refund. Any partial refunds on opened items will be reviewd on a case by case basis. We do not receive COD returns. Please note that we cannot accept returns on Le Labo products, as they are made to order.
Once you receive an RMA, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.
