Color me crazy, but I really do think the sillage has a stronger scent than my skin and projection. ??? Didnt know that was possible. I think this is the lightest you can make a chypre without it fading into nothingness. Feminine, effervescent (in a micro champagne bubble sort of way...not in a giant seltzer bubble way), playful and demure/refined...very much the best spirit of the 1950's. I can definitely see how this is both gin fizz and Grace Kelly inspired....but just a little tiny hint of them wafting on the breeze, like if you thought you saw a hem of a ghost's skirt disappearing around a corner out of the corner of your eye. My S.O. (Italian male) likes this on me and gave it 2 thumbs up.

This doesn't seem elegant enough to honor Grace Kelly. It's fresh but not terribly unique or complex. For what it is, it's pricey. A chilled bottle of 4711 would have the same effect for me. Pleasant and not at all controversial.

Sigh, Gin Fizz and I are not meant to be. I love it; it's light and fresh along the lines of Chanel No. 19, youthful, sporty, but ladylike. It's a lovely everyday fragrance that won't be overwhelming anybody. However, after 15 minutes, I get an agonizing headache. Test first, if you are sensitive.

nice clean and citrusy but it lacks depth for me. It's a little too close to the old Gap Heaven fragrance.

Not bad, not bad at all. Super light; cotton-y drydown is somewhere between fresh and cozy. A Non-scent, if you will!

this was my first time experiencing gin fizz before and i have to tell you it's great! smells just like aquatanica's body mist i used to wear. that fresh, marine, bubbling froth of deliciousness that you almost can't get enough of. i feel spoiled just smelling it. LOVE IT!

Oh, how I wish I had ordered a sample before buying the bottle. I wore Gin Fizz when I was a student in Paris, back in the 60s, and was delighted to learn that it was again available. Yes, it still smells the same, but it disappears completely on me. I've been drenching myself with it, but after a couple of minutes I can't smell it anymore. The original scent lasted. This just goes away. A huge, huge disappointment and a waste of money. One star for the sublime and elegant bottle.

Light, fresh and feminine. The scent is sheer and does fade somewhat quickly but I love it. Perfect for Summer!
