Nuda is a fragrant poem written to the legendary jasmine flower, an ode by a creator so smitten with the many faces of jasmine that he decided to wrap them all up in one radiant perfume and share it with the world. Nuda’s jasmine comes from a tiny farm near the Cote d’Azur where the potent posies are only picked at night; it takes 10, 000 jasmine flowers to make just one drop, a number that’s shocking only until you experience the deep beauty of the perfume. Tethered by a bit of wood and imbued with soft, barely there sweet notes around the corners, Nuda opens with rich and visceral flash so potent that if it were a human, hungry eyes would follow them across the room. Somewhere in this pleasurable fog of desire, Nuda softens, bringing forth jasmine’s lively and joyful side, a floral that doesn’t simper or whimper but it still doesn’t beat you over the head with a big floral club. Finally, Nuda is stripped down to naked soul of jasmine: a warm, gentle embrace, timeless and tranquil and always remarkable no matter what face is showing.
