To celebrate their 60th anniversary, Diptyque goes deep into their olfactive memory to illuminate us with with an enchanting story of their inspired beginnings. Orpheon was the name of a late-night bar adjoining the Diptyque boutique where the founders would often meet to discuss their ideas. The fragrance gathers the many scents that made up the bar's interior. From the fine wooden furniture, cocktails and cigarette smoke to all the well-dressed and perfumed customers. The complete olfactive picture is a luminous scene that brings out the positive vibes of the cultural zeitgeist of Saint-Germain at that time.
