Fragrance Notes
The Scoop
Michael Myers is a limited edition release. This is the second cherry fragrance from Lost Tribe, pushing cherry as far as it can go. The idea was simple: blend a gorgeous cherry note with French vanilla, cream, and spices, and accentuate both the cherry and the creamy vanilla as much as possible. The result is sexy, sensual, and super edible, the kind of scent that makes your significant other lean in a little closer. The sweetness of the vanilla meets the richness of the cream, the juiciness of the cherry, and the warmth of the spices, creating dessert and seduction in the same bottle.
The opening is dark, glossy cherry, front and center. Rose otto wraps the fruit with floral push, bitter almond adds a classic cherry marzipan vibe, and pimento berry brings a peppery, clove-like spark that is juicy, a little dangerous, and hard to stop smelling. In the heart, the cream accord takes over, softening everything into a velvety, milky richness. Spice accord and amber accord add warmth, balsam of Peru contributes a sweet, vanilla-cinnamon depth, and frangipani and a floral accord keep the blend lush and tropical rather than purely gourmand. The base is deliciously deep: French vanilla and tonka bean give a rich, custard-like sweetness, benzoin adds a resinous dark amber, jade wood brings smooth woodiness, and a touch of Jambi oud adds dark woody depth beneath all the sweetness.
