She is effortlessly sexy, reeking of power and wealth. It smells exclusive, like a red velvet rope in a club most people have never heard of because they're in the wrong tax bracket. Warm spices smoothed out by vetiver and sandalwood. There's leather, too, but high quality, low attention leather. If money talks, this is wealth whispering. There's something pretty resinous about this, slowly seductive in a confident, practiced manner, a Venus fly trap. It lasts through several laundry cycles for me. She'll be with you all day, announcing your entrance within a respectful radius, but just too late for your prey to flee. You'll catch snatches of her on your coat for weeks, reminding you of your last satisfying meal. 10/10.

I was hard-pressed to nail down a rating for this one. On the one hand, it's interesting, bold, subversive and cleverly blended. On the other hand, it smells like motorcycle exhaust. The website claims this was inspired by the astrological sign, but this fragrance feels far more akin to the Kenneth Anger film by the same name. At first spray, it was surprisingly green and aromatic, but then the spices and the smoky leather came rolling in. And those spices are indeed powerful. With the woody notes, the effect is like a lit match. This is a potent and fascinating scent that leans very industrial on my skin: like sweaty leather and gasoline. I'm glad I tried it, and I appreciate what it's trying to do, but it's just not for me.

I'm obsessed with this fragrance. I got a sample as a joke because of the name and it's my favorite scent. Nothing can compare to it. Peppery, spicy, woody, it lasts all day on my skin and smells like heaven the whole time.

Really beautiful combination of cool spices, woods, and smoke. You can trace a direct line from Wonderwood or Wonderoud (by Comme de Garcons) to this right here - as they come from the same perfumer. I'm also reminded of 2Man from the same house because of it's prominent incense and leathery vetiver aspect. Anyways, this is unique in it's own right, and has the performance to back it up. A good dose of Iso E Super if anyone cares, but it's all the more enchanting because of it.
