Rhubarb & Custard 1:29

I love this! This is softly sweet, tangy, creamy, and mouthwatering. It smells like you spooned some homemade rhubarb compote over a rich vanilla pudding. The contrast between the sweetness and creaminess of the vanilla is perfectly complemented by the tart and tangy rhubarb, which almost makes you salivate when you smell it. There is also a bit of a green note in there (maybe its the bergamot?) which gives it a lovely depth, and keeps it from being too literal. Though it shares none of the notes, this has a similar feel to Manakara which also has a sweet fruity pudding-like smell. If you like Manakara, I suspect you will love this.
