Ok this $105 bottle is the twin sister of $195 Papillon Bengale Rouge. Same amber, same diaper cream labdanum note, same feeling of exquisite and luxurious and classic. I would get this over PBR.

Beautiful patchouli scent and amber smooth as silk. In the opening, to me, it smelled like rum. I almost took a swig. (just funning) It is a beautiful amber scent done perfect and all the notes working beautifully to complete it.

The richest possible amber in a setting that simply lets it glow. So palpable it’s nearly gourmand, this one doesn’t so much tell you a story as purr like a tiger or a Rolls-Royce, or perhaps Mona Lisa riding in a Rolls-Royce.

One of the smoothest fragrances I've come across. Deep, complex yet calm, like a summer lake at sunset. I'm revealing my age but this reminds me of the best scents of the 1960's.

Aftershave. Then hot wood. A sauna. Or campfire minus the smoke. I would wear this in trousers when being gentlemanly and channeling Marlene Dietrich.

Beautiful, soft sweet amber. Similar to Amber Precieux, but nicer I think. Amber is my go to fragrance and this one is now my favorite. I would almost rather be out of air than to be out of this beautiful scent.

I think it is absolutely lovely. Very similar to Bois 1920 Real Patchouly in the first seconds, then calmly shifts to a soft, under-current kind of amber that is close to the skin. Beautiful!
