I like it. I don’t love it. It has a nice a nice spice to it but it smells a bit too ‘essential oil.’ If you love incense, give this a chance.

Love the comment about how this smells like a sauna, I agree. It is a nice aroma but I received a very ‘essential oil’ smell. It is quality if you appreciate essential oils but at the end of the day, not my favorite.

I love this one, it smells like a sauna. Such a nice dry spice. Dries a little sweet but not cloying.

I received this sample and immediately loved the light warm spice .. i can wear this in Florida during summer. Lately i have gone back to the spice fragrances.. and this one is subtle.. it an airy spice that makes me very happy.. i love cinnamon clove ginger vanila .. all those cozy notes.. i am not having any issues with it not lasting at all. it is JUST enough for me!!

It's not so much what I say about this perfectly subtle masculine scent, but what every single person, woman or man, boy or girl, including son & daughter say about this distinctive, sun-drenched, mildly spicy driftwood scent blended with fragrances of middle-eastern desert flowers wrapped into a warm, gentle, and unforgettable masculine hug. Marrakech Intense will top the smell if freshly brewed coffee any day and cause whoever is with you to move a little closer. Even kids blurt out "You smell good". As a dad, I love it because my partner and nieces and nephews love it as well. I trust their instinct. Enjoy!

I tried this at an AESOP shop one day and could not stop smelling my wrists, I went back to purchase the parfum roller ball the next week. Now I'm not an expert at scents and often just stick to a few niche scents that I know (I find my signature slowly becoming Parfum Del Rae's Bois De Paradis, which I stumbled upon by chance rather than actual research) but there is something just so welcoming and subtle about this scent that allows you to come across as confident yet approachable. It's definitely not feminine but it's also not masculine, which adds an extra layer of mystery.

This was wonderful! It smells very natural and is full of fresh cardamom as well as some clove. The sandalwood is great. Skin is a finicky thing. Try it for yourself--this lasted the entire day on me just dabbing from the vial. It was not strong and heavy, but it was certainly there all day. Quite perfect as I like to wear perfume, I dont like it to wear me. For the price point, this is unbeatable, and one of the best spicy perfumes I've ever smelled without being offensive to others or peppery, which I hate. I hate peppery scents on people.

I have no experience of the previous formulation, so this one's strictly on its own merits -- serviceable incense, but with a weird fruit-tangy early in the drydown. Settles in woody and a bit weak. If incense fragrances were ornately carved boxes (and aren't they, really?), this one would have new metal hinges and a whiff of sawdust about it.

AMAZING!! Warm, exotic spice, Incense, yet dry, very nice sillage, makes others lean in to smell. I wore a sample of the cologne, but, can't resist the balm. MASTERPIECE.
