Here's what other people are saying about FRANK No. 2...
Should be in every man's collection. A true classic that is versatile. I will always have this in my arsenal. That said, it is by no means the best scent you can buy for the price.

I buy tons of fragrance samples, I could care less about the price of a full bottle of anything, if I like it I like it, if I don't, I dont. I bought 2 decants of this and really like it. Performance is not beast mode but it's descent, more like an EDP. A masculine and fresh scent, its complex but still very straight forward and easy on the nose, it smells just as the notes discribe. I'd give it 4.5 stars.

Bland and generic, completely uninteresting.

This is an nice scent. I rated this as a 4 star because the fragrance Another 13 by Le Labo is quite similar yet a bit more pronounced and smokier which I greatly valued.

Smells nice, and has a pleasant barbershop scent to it with a minty/spicy twist to it. Would definitely recommend when going out to bars/saloons.

Like Drakkar but so so much better. I can't think of anyone who would not like this scent.

Ever since I first sampled this one years ago, I knew I'd be coming back to it over and over until I picked up a bottle. It's brilliantly composed from top to bottom. Respect to whoever wrote the scoop on this one; it's probably my favorite descriptions of any fragrance on here.

This one smells nice indeed, but a bit on the light side for me to get a full bottle of it. To me it is very similar to Endymion, just not quite as spicy!

Great cologne, but smells exactly like Michael Kors

Very fond of the smell. Reminded of a cologne i loved and used many times many years ago, really great smell.

WINNER! WINNER! WINNER! Wow...I just got a sample of this, tried it out and it is fantastic. I'm not great at picking specific notes but I promise you the mixture is perfect. The opening is great! The middle notes are great! The dry down is great! It is manly, but a secure type of manly not an in your face scent. This is the type pf scent I would imagine an uber-rich yet down to earth and humble man wearing as a regular scent. It's actually refreshing without being soapy or aqua. It is...epic

Wow did I miss the mark on this one with my earlier review! The drydown on this stuff is one for the annals of frag history! Still scratchin' my head wondering how I could've missed this!

I purchased this after getting a sample of Frank #1. This fragrance reminds me of Halston 112 or some other fragrance from the 80's. I was expecting something much more unique, this one is too common for my tastes.

This is one of the most stunning niche fragrances I've ever smelled. Warm, boozy and seductive....... Beautiful composition........ Love that it is available in 100ml.......

This is one from the many fragrance samples which i really liked. Frank no 2 is very sunny smell - something fruity like plum+orange - i don't know why but i think about something very slight cherry there that intriguing note is the main. It's very suitable for summer, for holidays, for young and happy people. I would buy it right away if it wasn't be sold out here.

I like it well enough but agree with the other 4 star review about it being a bit mundane. However I'm a huge fan of the original. My tendency to compare usually results in a "preference" when it comes to scent sequels. Rarely do I like 'em equally.

Love the fragrance, hate the packaging! FRANK No. 2 opens fresh, and dries down warm and dark. It would be great to apply just before a fall/winter dinner date, where you can enjoy the freshness of the opening, as it cuts through the cool dry air. Then it will dry down warm, dark, and ready for an evening of dancing. As to the issue of No. 2's packaging, which absolutely no thought was given... I too enjoy minimalist design, but the bottle is as generic as the ones used by the Demeter Fragrance Library (probably the same). The black banner around the top of the bottle, bearing the logo is a sticker (a sticker, really!?!?!?) Prior to ordering No. 2, I thought it was at least black enamel, or something with a bit more substance, but no. To sum it all up, it's a great fragrance for the money, and that's what we're really paying for right?

I bought this blind and it is one of my top fragrances. I'm still amazed at how many compliments I get when wearing Frank no. 2. At $65 a bottle the value is unbeatable. If you're on the fence go for it.

Frank No. 2 starts off green and a tad sharp and forward, but it mellows to a brown-amber and subdues to a skin scent. It is the essence of intriguing contradictions: relaxed formality; a dressy casualness and ultimately mellow richness. I like it a lot. Head and shoulders better than 90% of the department store fragrances out there at this price point. Oh, and by the way, it's a real bargain. Better in the colder months, but not a real problem on mild warm days.
