Roses on Ice

As a first-time collaboration with perfumer Franck Voelkl, Kilian Hennessy recreates his wife’s favorite drink: a most refreshing elixir of gin over ice with a twist of lime.

Roses on Ice opens with the aquatic freshness of cucumber and the uplifting scent of juniper berries to create a wonderfully icy sensation. A voluptuous Rose Centifolia rounds out the provocation by introducing the perfect touch of sensuality. In the drydown, sandalwood and musk express the smooth—yet deeply animated—perfection of gin consumed over ice and in the company of a true love.
