Midnight Pretenders

Created by perfumer Clément Marx as part of the Les Carnets collection, Midnight Pretenders is a nocturnal anthem about romantic illusion and the masks worn after dark. Capturing a night of lovesick nostalgia under the Tokyo moonlight among cherry blossoms, the extrait de parfum paints an evening of beautiful excess lived to forget the love of a lifetime.

The scent opens luminous and transparent with cherry blossom, ylang-ylang, and pink pepper. It reveals a warmer, more intimate truth at its core, blending blue tea, sake, and chamomile before settling into a grounding finish of white sandalwood, vetiver, and salt.
