The Scoop
In 1869, German chemists discovered heliotropin, a molecule reminiscent of the sweet, powdery scent of heliotrope flowers. In 1865, Alphonse Piver and his son Lucien ingeniously incorporated it into a creation with round, vanilla-infused, and enveloping notes, giving birth to Héliotrope Blanc, the archetype of powdery fragrances. This legendary perfume has transcended time and continents, reaching the Caribbean islands, where its story still lingers today. Boasting the comforting caress of heliotrope, a delicate flower with soft nuances of vanilla, almond, and even cherry, it is pure floral gourmand delight.
Jasmine and ylang-ylang open with a soft, luminous floral brightness, while heliotrope unfolds its powdery sweetness at the heart. Almond adds a delicate nutty warmth, and tonka bean and vanilla settle into the base, leaving a round, enveloping trail. Each bottle of 15ml comes with a handkerchief.
