COME

The newest release from one of the most unique and creative voices in niche perfumery, COME is Antonio Gardoni's olfactory exploration of all things green. COME explores the full spectrum of green odors: fragile, layered, elusive, complex, and ever-shifting. It welcomes us with the bright lights of bergamot and helichrysum (immortelle flower), evoking the dewey-fresh natural green of a wet lawn in the early glow of sunrise. It takes shape in a thicker green, that of fig leaves falling from the tree, the darker tones of tea lives and animalic civet, the green oxidization of exposed metal, or the deep, shimmering green lacing across a pool of petrol, smoky and resinous. COME vibrates between contrasts and harmonies: the balsamic sweetness of benzoin and hte earthy intensity of oud, outlining a rich emerald green, unveiled against the dustier nuances of tonka bean and musk. And COME is a palpable green: the patchouli note mimetic and vegetal, the honey melting into a celadon-green pool of vanilla and jasmine, milky and lithe, vast and luminous.

COME is an open question, a declaration of perceptual, chromatic, and olfactive freedom.
