Accident a la Vanille - Madeleine de Proust

This perfume packs a punch! So two spritz is all you’ll need if you get a headache easily with fragrances. However, this perfume smells so good I found myself spraying more than two spritzes because I wanted to be engulfed in the scent! It smells just like the madeleine pastries to a T! But then there’s this underlying scent of apricots that bring a freshness to the scent. If you don’t like the smell of baked goods (buttery flaky goodness), then maybe this isn’t your jam, but if you love edible gourmands then definitely get this!

This is not for me. It’s a strange type of vanilla. Have to cut with another parfum.

Disgusting. absolutely nauseating. Bought this thinking it was the original Accident a la Vanille, was shockingly disappointed. A fragrance has never given me such a negative reaction like this one. I wish I could scrub my nose from the memory of this scent. I’ve seriously never hated a scent like this, ever. I wish I could return it.

This smells amazing, sweet vanilla base and peach apricot notes. So beautiful! And the longevity!! Ohhh the longevity! Lasts like 12 hours!! Beautiful scent bubble and projection! I ordered a sample and I just got the full size bottle today! Perfect for the cozy fall season.

Accident a la Vanille - Madeleine de Proust is out of stock for good reason--this stuff is wonderful if you like realistic gourmands. It starts similar to peach melba and dries down to a barely-fruity buttery cookiecake. I smell absolutely amazing and can't stop sniffing my wrist.

This fragrance is utterly delicious. It dries down to resemble a buttery, flaky apricot pastry. Great projection and lasts for hours.

Sensational! Warm, buttery, spicy, smooth and seductive. Starts strong but quickly settles down. Fades away nicely. I’m a huge fan of Tihota and Vanille Havane and have to say this is going to be in my top 3 favorite fragrances
