Scent Bar Staff Video Review for Late Harvest

Video Transcript

Fort & Manle has come out with a couple amazing new fragrances. This one is my personal favorite. It is called Late Harvest and as soon as I smelled this I thought one thing, Fig Newton. That is the initial first blast that I get from this fragrance and it is amazing.

A little bit jammy, a little bit sweet but there's something kind of softly spicy about it and I think that comes from the cherry pipe tobacco that's in this and that definitely comes through on the dry down. There's vanilla in this, there's a little bit of woods in this but it's really an amazing tobacco scent.

I would say there is definitely that fruitiness at the beginning but this will last all day all night. It is so special. Late Harvest from Fort & Manle.

It’s clear that the person below doesn’t know what they’re talking about. This is by far, one of the most authentic smelling tobacco scents out there. I have actual tobacco absolute and this stuff is a near dead ringer for the smell. It is also not really that sweet at all either. The only downside is that it lasts maybe 3 hours at best.

A safe, yet unimaginative take on tobacco. At times, overly sweet, and blended to the point where individual notes are impossible to pick up on. I don't really perceive any true tobacco absolute in this...it's more about the sickly sweet auxiliary notes. If you like synth-amber vanillas, or super sweet autumnal scents, then you may like this....but if you're after a true tobacco fragrance, look elsewhere. This tries to capture the magic of a slumberhouse (like Baque, Jeke, or Kiste) and simply fails.

This scent is intoxicating in what I consider to be the best possible way. I ordered a sample of this on a whim, and it swept me away, both in the bottle and on the skin. The most prevalent notes for me are the cherry pipe tobacco, which doesn't quite smell smoky, but earthy and woody in a manner that's sweet but not overtly feminine. Then the cedar slides forth and leaves you sort of feeling like you're in a cabin in the woods, honestly, at peace in a quiet night. I get a lot of compliments when I wear this, and I'm sort of a scent maniac, so I cycle through a mad amount of perfumes day to day, but I honestly don't think any have attracted as much attention as this one.
