I simply don't get all the good reviews-- smells like a burning cinnamon stick.

This is the best scent in the world. Easily holding the bar for best Cinnamon scent in the arena of Parfumes.

I have a few hundred vinyl LPs from the 60s and 70s. When I look through them I get a wonderful sweet, light musky inky aroma that brings back a flood of great memories. This wonderful fragrance gives me the same vibe. This is a true gem!

(Continued) Since everyone's bodyskin chemistry is different, I encourage you to sample this one and see what kind of journey it takes you on. Grazie Filippo.

The name is very poetic-sad and yet beautiful. The fragrance itself takes the wearer on a long, wild, & metamorphic ride! It's supposed to open w/ citrus, but instead I get a strange, rather off-putting seaweed-like note, much like what you get when you first apply Heeley Sel Marin. But w/ SM, that note goes away quickly; w/ No hands it stays around for a long time, and then morphs into a funky, earthy thing that's pretty aggressive, imo. Much later on in the drydown, I get the citrus, seemingly coming out of left field, and in the final, final drydown, I get a smooth, mellow (borderline creamy) Cinnamon-ey/resinous effect. That's actually quite nice, but to get there is such a bumpy ride.

In a world where flankers didn’t so often serve as a brand-driven cash grab, Io Non Ho Mani could be a masculine-skewing flanker to Unum’s gorgeous LAVS, with that fragrance’s very-nearly-holy stone-and-incense heart accompanied here by cedar, cinnamon-cherry, and an earthy-tobacco note that reads masculine even for tobacco. However, we can’t have nice things like the unsullied word “flanker,” and so this rugged-yet-cerebral scent must stand on its own. Fortunately, it does that just fine.

UNUM's unique concept is metaphorical and shrouded in ambiguity, so much so that I was compelled to survey the moral terrain, its strangeness above and beyond the normative perception of "face value". I. Metaphysical. Spriritual. Immaculate. Pure State of Grace. Mournful. Entombed. Restless. Helpless. Disembodiment. Childlike Abandon. Pathetic. Alienated. Disenchanted. Disengaged. Acceptance. Discipline. Restraint. Inner strength. Sacrifice. Individual Struggle. Independence. Self-sufficient. Severance.

My second official Holy Grail because I deserve two!! This mysterious shapeshifter creeps in like a low fog and becomes my second skin. Although I don't speak a word of Italian, I knew instinctively this fragrance to be a winner. Apart from the brilliant concept inspired from the photographic artwork which has provided me with my own inspiration, there is not one note here that doesn't appeal to me. It's almost as if someone hacked my mind and created a bespoke fragrance, full of smooth yet contrasting elements and juxtaposing ideas. Just when I think one part is my favorite, there comes the transition where the scent splits like atoms before transforming itself and transforming my skin. Needless for me to say, *10 Stars* UNUM!

I smell some earthy stuff here, with a nice background of some cinnamon. The luckyscent write up is pretty accurate in describing what I smell from this, and it reminds me a little bit of Sombre Negra, which is a bonus!
