Noir Patchouli

Eau de Parfum

If you like Noir Patchouli Eau de Parfum, we recommend you try:
Here's what other people are saying about Noir Patchouli...
A tsunami of ROSE billowed out of the bottle as soon as I removed the cap. Immediately I recapped it. "Oh, God, I'll smell like an old lady! "Did I get the wrong juice?" Nope. On the skin, the rose immediately backs off, becoming background for a flowery, ambery patchouli. Kind of counterintuitive. So I'd a lot of rose to the description, and a little jasmine & lemony magnolia. I can see why some describe it as soapy and old fashioned, because it smells like the fancy soap Grandma put out for guests. Not antique or out of date, because the rose is background; slight echo of old-school.

My gosh. I love this it reminded me of my grandfather's skin. Maybe he used patchouli. But I reminisce when I wear. It's a wonderful patchouli

I was excited to try this, both because of the word "Noir" (it's French for black!) and Patchouli. But it was not what I expected. To me, it is harsh and screechy, and not refined or sexy at all. It smells like my grandma's old perfumes that had been sitting on her vanity since before I was born.
