Here's what other people are saying about Silver Mountain Water...
One of the most powerful scents out there!!

Clean, fresh and unique. Probably better on a man but a woman could pull it off in the daytime, probably not in the evening. Staying power not great, but IMHO FB-worthy nevertheless.

Absolutely no other scent smells like Silver Mountain Water. I agree that it leans toward the masculine side (my 21-year old son loves it), but as a woman I will always want it in my collection. It wears close to the body, its staying power is mediocre, but - as I've said - it is unlike anything else I have ever sampled. LS's description is right on - it smells like an icy, snow-capped mountain, pure and heavenly. The closest thing I can think of is DS & Durga's Siberian Snow, which is another lovely wintry scent, but there is no blackcurrant in SS to kick it up a notch. Women may find Creed's Royal Water more wearable, so try before you buy. Also love Creed's Himalaya although it was panned by Luca Turin (unfairly I think).

It took me a couple of years before I realized that this is a gem! SMW has been my signature scent science 2007 and Will always remain in my collection. I don't wear fragrances based on compliments but Silver Mountain water is #2 to Aventus. This is a must try scent!

Airy, cold and metallic, Silver Mountain Water reminds me of Azzaro Chrome with the musk toned down and an added note of tantalizing black currant. I expected more from Creed. Easily unisex.

Its a very fresh fragrance, I really liked the opening notes. Its a citrusy, snow covered mountain. When I got home and the fragrance dried down, it reminds me of the smell of Bic/Papermate pen ink on me. I have to pass on this one.
