For sure a vanilla. I got ice cream parlor, cold vanilla, but I had to practically snort my skin to smell it. Was unfortunately pretty weak.

This in an exceptional, intoxicating, gourmand fragrance with great longevity. It smells like a vanilla bean that is being scooped. It is VERY similar to Tomavicci Xanat since they both smell like a pure vanilla bean.

Originally I passed this off quickly as too musky, not sweet enough, and also extremely familiar - 90s nostalgia of Victoria’s Secret Vanilla Lace. I recently rediscovered this sample and really drenched myself in it a bit more to try it out. As I was watching a movie wrapped in my Sherpa sweater, I kept getting these wafts of waffle cone and I saw this scent in a whole new light. Yes, it’s definitely a sophisticated vanilla, but it still has this playfulness reminiscent of stepping into an ice cream parlor. A classic for all vanilla connoisseurs.

The bottle came completely and I mean COMPLETELY empty. It was a backup so by the time I opened it I can no longer ask for a replacement. So I pretty much gave away 220 dollars for NOTHING. The bottle quality is terrible for that price tag. So disappointed in the quality

This is actually a beautiful vanilla. It smells very similar, almost identical to Pacifica’s Island Vanilla (their older bottles not the new ones). The reason why I took stars off is bc it doesn’t last long. For this price I expect the perfume to be powerful smelling and last hours. And it doesn’t. But if you’re rich, then go ahead and grab it and try for yourself.

I get why people love this so much: it's a very beautiful, sweet-but-not-cloying, pure vanilla. I honestly love the way it smells. Unfortunately, it has very little staying power, so I can't justify the cost of a full bottle.

A wonderful recreation of vanilla extract without being overly sweet. While it is linear and one note - that is exactly the point of this and it executes well. For my skin that tends to burn off scents quickly, notes like vanilla and amber tend to 'radiate' on me and last forever. This is no exception. Where this loses a star for me is that I cannot really wear this on its own. It is really wonderful layered with other things (my favorite combo currently is Tihota first and then Byzantine Amber lightly sprayed on top, but I'm itching to try it with Akro's Awake and some other things). However, the price tag is a bit steep to be relegated to a layering option! Regardless, if you love vanilla, I'd recommend sampling this one.

The original vanilla lover's fragrance. It's a basic scent, just sweet vanilla, but IMO it still hasn't been beat. If you want a simple, high quality vanilla that doesn't smell weird and artificial (so many straightforward vanillas smell plastic and artificial) and doesn't have anything else in it I think this is the best. Escapade Gourmande is the closest alternative I've tried, but it's still not better than Tihota. Performance is great on me, I have no issue smelling this for hours and I don't have to over spray or huff my wrist like a bloodhound to smell it.

A fairly linear vanilla. I think if BR540 was stripped of all its ingredients, this is the vanilla I would imagine that composes it. It's slightly airy, but first comes off a little synthetic. Longevity is poor to fair on my skin.

I'm a little late to the party on this one. I got a sample and it's a very nice vanilla fragrance, but it's not beast mode for all the hype. I's a simple warm vanilla bean scent. I honestly thought Vaniglia projected much better and lasted longer imo. I do wish that all Luckyscent samples would come with an atomizer, the dabbing is just not it. I will purchase Vaniglia before buying Tihota, but it's definitely on this list to buy.

I have been on the search for a vanilla perfume a long time! I wanted something that would be perfect for layering. I have lost count of all the samples I have tried. But THIS IS IT! I love everything about it. It’s perfect and I’m not overwhelmed with all the extra unwanted layers I have tried. And it lasts! I can smell it the next day. I would highly recommend.

I love vanilla scents, but not the fake cheap smelling ones. This is a straight forward quality vanilla over white musk fragrance, and I like that it doesn't morphe into anything weird over the course of the day. Yes, it's linear and what you get at the beginning is the same as at the end. It's delicious and I wear it for myself, and some days I like the simple comfort of a lovely vanilla scent. I have many other vanilla gourmands that are more complex, but this one is still my favorite. It works well with my chemistry and there are no surprises. It lasts all day on me and wears close I don't spray much and I don't like to knock out the room with my perfume.

I have been looking for THE vanilla perfume for a long time. This was recommended to me by Luckyscent, and I am so thankful because it is one of my favorite perfumes. I've gotten so many compliments on this one, and it lasts a long time compared to others (2-3 hours on me, longer if you spray it on your clothing). There aren't 500 layers to this - You get exactly what you should. It smells like warm vanilla-like someone split a vanilla bean open that has been sitting in the sunshine, or like vanilla bean ice cream with soft vanilla cookies, but for grown-ups. This is not a sugary sweet adolescent smell and surprisingly stands out considering it is so simple. If you're a vanilla connoisseur like me, then you need this for your collection.

I wanted to like this one, unfortunately giving 1 star for the following: First spray was overly floral, and almost too light. After 4 minutes, had completely disappeared on my body chemistry. Did not develop and there were absolutely no notes of musk or vanilla. So strange since so many others enjoyed it. It fell flat for me, and “The One that lasts," didn’t.
