HEELEY
An Englishman living in France, James Heeley’s first designs were a range of zinc vases for the Parisian florist Christian Tortu. Influenced by organic nature, industry and urbanism, Heeley brings together contrasting elements in his designs that are unreservedly contemporary yet elegant…a central theme to his work is the relationship between nature and urbanism, which has also translated to his wonderful line of Eau de Parfums. “Despite our modernity, I think we want to move closer to nature and not further away,” muses Heeley. Each of these simply named perfumes is a fresh, unique and modern interpretation around a main fragrance note. Simple names for extraordinary fragrances, we were turning cartwheels over every scent in the line (and we think you will, too!) |
