Here's what other people are saying about L'Homme A La Rose...
A rose for a man should lean masculine by just the right amount. If you make it completely masculine, you rob it of much of its rosiness, which is what this fragrance does. MFK is trying to present proof that a man can wear a rose, but by pushing this fragrance so far to the masculine side he's makes the opposite statement: that men can NOT wear rose unless it's adulterated so much that it departs from being a rose altogether. All you have to do for a nice unisex rose that works beautifully for men is to keep it simple. Rose petals don't smell feminine. Just capture the right mix of rose petals and make a fragrance out of that and men will wear it.

Nice masculine rose! Bright citrus start, the rose is clean, and there's what I would have guessed are blond woods but the description says are amber. What do I know. There's a nice elegance ton this.

it's very nice, but to my nose it's a pretty generic men's cologne? the masculine rose idea strikes me as ad copy and not much else.

A good rose for either gender. Starts out with a bright clean citrus, moves into an almost scrubbed rose. Dries with some nice woods (I would've guessed blond not amber but what do i know?).

This one is very nice! It reminds me a lot of "Love Kills" by Masque Milano, only not has sharp and little bit more sweet. It's fragrant dried rose petals on the dry down. Why do they have to release a spring themed fragrance when we are about to move into colder fall/winter? Lol! It's definitely worth checking out.
