Right now it's truly orange blossom season in Los Angeles. Everywhere I go I'm just hit with this really heady indolic white floral smell that I love. It also happens to be jasmine season so it's kind of a double whammy when it comes to that gorgeous indolic white floral.

So I'm wearing this fragrance, Une Fleur d'Oranger, orange blossom. And what I love about this scent is it's truly using every part of the orange tree. It has Bigrade, Petit Grand, Neroli. These are all parts of either the leaves of the orange tree or the peel or the fruit or the blossom. So it's the entire tree right here and it just smells like sunshine.

If you are a fan of the eau de cologne style of fragrances which are citrusy and bright and invigorating, then you'll definitely love this unisex scent. Check out that ginger note as well. It gives it an extra lift and it's just such a joy to wear. Une Fleur d'Oranger from Obvious.

I fell in love with this scent on a rainy day in Soho -- it's so calming and fresh. Neroli, orange blossom and, yes, as other reviewers note, the scent of clean clothes dried in the sun. It is light and doesn't last long, but whenever anyone hugs me, they say you smell like fresh laundry and clean air. I love it, even in the winter.

This is the perfect scent for a summer daze. It strikes me as a midday nap in the shade of an orange tree, bees buzzing overhead. Hot skin and sweat balanced by clean linens wafting on the breeze. It's an orange blossom that's not too sweet. I detect a hint of indoles in the beginning, but to my nose this makes it smell more realistic. It dries down soapy like many citruses, but it's not as squeaky clean as Italian Citrus by D.S. & Durga, which is one of my most sprayed summer scents. Sadly, it's not as long lasting. Grab the joy where you can get it, I say!

I didn't like this one. Maybe my nose is playing tricks with me, but this scent just reminds me of bar soap and nothing else. Cheap bar soap that I had to pry off a rusty metal rack in the shower at grandmother's house, because no one wanted to use it for months, and the bar soap had rust marks on it. Bar soap and metal.

At last-- a perfect orange blossom scent! Smells like a stronger, longer lasting version of 4711. Very complex and natural.
