This is just a pretty linear iso-e super outing. I thought I would get citrus, woods, anything, but all I get is that very plain and synthetic iso. For me, iso-e super smells nothing like woods or spice at all. It smells like milk mixed with soda water. If you like iso-e super, you will probably like this. But that's a lot of money for something that smells like a $12 rollerball of niche perfume.

I just read a review that mostly expresses how I felt. Too assertive, abrasive, and I washed it off. They mentioned it was masculine for them though... I on the other hand found could be unisex but too feminine for me. I dont mind "feminine" florals, etc. but this smelled "like perfume". I found it to smell quite woody but in a "fine wood" kind of way. not in a natural or lumbery kind of way.

Terrible! I bought a sample, tried it on, washed it off and actually threw it away. It's way too assertive, woody, masculine and sharp. While they aren't similar, i reacted to this in the same way I did Thierry Mugler's Angel (which I DESPISE). Too, too much.

Oh yum. So gentle, so fresh, so light, so yum. I haven't tried Molecule 01; I did not like JHAG Not a Perfume; I love this. Just the right balance of clean/spice/fresh/just enough something to not be nothing. I will wear it alone and can't wait to layer under…. all kinds of things.

Reminds me very much like the woodiness of Molecules 01 mixed with a slight hint of Escentric 02. I could see wearing this alone, since I prefer minimalist scents.

This is exactly what you think it would be. If you are a fan of any of the Escentric Molecule scents, Le Labo Another 13, or JHAG Not a Perfume, this will fit right in with your line up. This one does have a little more oomph than the Molecule series--it is more in line with the Escentric scents as well as Another 13, but you really need it. It is long lasting, non-offensive, non-headache inducing, and doesn't get nearly the hype it deserves. Very happy to add this one to my arsenal of fragrances I can actually wear.

What a remarkable scent. Wow. I have been very impressed with D.S. and Durga from the start and quite frankly can say with no hesitation that they are creating works of art. I am an avid fan of Creed and Unum, but this is right there competing. If you like a smooth creed like smell, similar to black irish tweed, buy this!

Only if you like Molecule 01. But then why pay so much for something thats essentially the same Iso Super E?

In which DS & Durga pulls back the curtain to show you a bit of how they do it. This isn’t the revelation of an Escentric 01 (admittedly my current favorite in that family), but it’s a pretty thing anyway on its own -- weightless, juicy, bright with a certain clean-scrubbed unisex glow, and almost familiar without actually landing anywhere you recognize. Deja vu in a bottle turns out to be a fine daily fragrance.
