Here's what other people are saying about Notorious Oud...
I am not an oud expert. I am very much Western. This is the first oud-forward fragrance I've tried and enjoyed. It kinda has a rubbery smell, but it's nice. Maybe a good gateway oud?

I have full bottles of DS and Durga: Burning Barbershop, Cowboy Grass, Mississippi Medicine. All three sing of genius creativity and quality ingredients. Notorious Oud gives me that same high quality feel of being from the same ilk, however what's missing is creativity. When I hear the word notorious, one of the things that immediately comes to mind is crack cocaine, something of great impact and actually worthy of notoriety. Unfortunately for this one, it's all around the world, same song (same ol' song). After sampling this I find it to be just the same boring oud, rose, saffron mashup. If you're going to christen your product "Notorious" anything, it better have more of an impact than a generic, starter kit, office-safe, western oud.

I am a very big fan of D.S. and Durga, believing they have one of the best lines of cologne for men. I was expecting to be enamored by this scent yet I was a bit confused with the aroma. I believe this company shot for the stars with this one and didn't quite make it. However! I will always love D.S. and Durga.

Great oud fragrance--love it. It doesn't smell synthetic and I pick up the saffron, rose and animalics. Sillage is very nice, not enormous like a Montale, but also not wimpy by any means. I would tie this with Tauer's L'Oudh for fantastic takes on oud (by Westerners ;)
