What We Think

A blast of clary sage, lavender and crisp juniper kick off this powerhouse fragrance, mingling with a smooth fresh & powdery floral center the original Reflection was known for. Descending into dark smoke and mystery, trails of vetiver, frankincense, and myrrh linger on the skin. A new favorite here at Luckyscent, this extrait is reported to last at least 24 hours on clothes with a generous wear time as well. True elegance, redefined by the house of Amouage.

Reflection is one of the beloved fougeres in the Amouage line - a spicy, woody scent that does not scream noveau riche but harkens to a classy, quiet and refined gentleman. This version of Reflection is beautiful - It removes the synthetic additive notes and presents a more macerated natural mix of ingredients. The scent is lovely and classy - From an opening reflecting a spicy lavender to the floral sweet tonka heart and ultimately to the woody incensy base with vetiver and patchouli - all the notes come out slowly and naturally. The slight masculine leaning scent has moderate sillage and very good longevity. My preferred version of this scent even if it is more expensive than the original
