Putnam Design

When asked to describe the inspiration behind Putnam Designs, we were regaled with the delightful history behind this creative NYC collective's candles with the following quote, "I started brainstorming my idea of the perfect candle line during the pandemic. I wanted to avoid fussy overly complicated scents and generic-looking candles...and instead, I designed bold single-note fragrances layered with vibrant packaging that represent the essence of each element. I was inspired by folk art and nightmare fairy tales for the labels. These were designed with crayons, and each scent has pictures of things that embody the fragrance, be it garden worms, freshly squeezed oranges, or a skeleton of Marie Antoinette.

We were sold even before smelling these heavenly delights. We think you will be too.
