Luckyscent Videos: B683 by Marc-Antoine Barrois

This fragrance, B683, is from a brand called Marc-Antoine Barrois. Right now there are two fragrances in the brand and Barrois is a couturier. Both of the fragrances in the line are designed by the same perfumer, Quentin Bich, and there's actually a little similarity between the two of them, Ganymede and B683. Just a little similarity.

But this is the one that I've been wearing a lot since we got it into the store and I would classify this fragrance as a leather scent. As a genre, leather is pretty broad. There's so many different styles of fragrance that we consider leathers, but this is the one I like to wear the most. It's on the more subtle side of leather and there's some really great spices. I want to say maybe like black pepper. Cracked black pepper, which reminds me of some kinds of leather like a luxurious interior of a car or an attache case or a really fine leather jacket.

So when I have this fragrance on, I feel like I have this jacket on rather than I'm wearing a fragrance that smells like that. It's almost kind of a way of putting myself into a certain mood and then I carry myself in a certain way because I smell like that. So I love fragrances like that. It kind of works on the subtlety of how you feel about yourself and how you approach your day.

So I've been wearing this nonstop and I'm not the only one. A lot of my co-workers at Scent Bar are kind of addicted to this fragrance right now with such good reason. For me, it lasts quite a long time. It's on the more subtle side, just the way I like it, especially a fragrance like this. Highly recommended. B683 from Marc-Antoine Berrois.
