Luckyscent Videos: Shelf Tour - Clean

Welcome to the clean shelf. It does seem a little interchangeable with light and fresh, and it is. However, what we mean by clean here is think more soapy. Think freshly washed skin just stepping out of the shower.

There's a lot of examples of this. Some of my favorites are Paper Soap from J-Scent. This perfume is truly a bar of soap in a bottle. This embodies that idea. It is creamy, soapy, a touch floral, really beautiful.

Gin Fizz offers a little more sophisticated take on a clean idea. This is technically a sheath. It has a lot of citrus and sparkle, and it just makes you feel freshly showered and like you're walking in the sunshine.

Gendarme is a classic, been around a long time. This also smells like you just got out of the shower and had a really clean citrusy fresh soap on your skin.

Ghost in the Shell by Etat Libre is also a great example of a soapy clean scent. This actually has like a milky kind of floral composition, but there's this soap accord that they use in here, which gives it this really clean, freshly washed shampoo feeling with a little bit of an edge, because that's their style. Such a beautiful, easy thing to wear.

I like wearing clean scents. I like that a lot during the day, sometimes even in the evening when I just want a smell different than a lot of people who are maybe going a little darker, smokier, sweeter. So if you like a clean, soapy vibe, check out our Clean Shelf.
