Luckyscent Videos: Parfum d'Empire - Corsica Furiosa

This is Corsica Furiosa, and this is from Parfum d'Empire. It is supposed to be the tribute to the smells of Corsica, those Mediterranean wild brushes known as maki.

What I love about this scent is that bitter green quality that comes from Galbanum, a resin that comes from plants of a specific plant of the Mediterranean. And it has this sugar snap pea effect when you smell it. You feel like you're biting into this crisp green. It's really wonderful.

And the dry down goes into this very elegant—I want to say it's a green sheep because it has so much complexity in layers, much more than I was expecting with such a green herbal scent.
