I love the smell of vanilla on me, and have had many people tell me they love it when I were it. But I usually use a vanilla oil and wanted to venture into more perfumes. So I watched many reviews on different vanilla scents and purchased several samples. Unfortunately Bake didn't work for me. I've read where someone said it smelled like bug spray. I think it smells like lemon surface cleaner that you would use in the kitchen or bathroom. But much much lighter. It just didn't work on my skin, and it was completely gone a few hours later.

I love smelling like a lemon pastry with this perfume! It’s my perfect winter/fall scent. I love to layer it with Kayali Santorini perfume minis (NEED them to release a full size) and they’re pretty similar but EXQUISITE when paired!

Lemon hard candy, lemon cake. It is very fresh and delicious, but a tiny bit of synthetic, I can easily imagine it smelling like kitchen table wipe for someone else.

I kind of hate the opening, my mom commented that it's reminiscent of bug spray. This also doesn't last as long as I'd hoped - around 4 or 5 hours and it was gone without a trace! Otherwise, it smells a lot like devotion by Dolce Gabbana - gourmand, sweet, lemony notes.

Beautiful opening with the fresh lemon! But the drydown is not so great on my skin, but that’s probably just me, I was so hoping it would be.

When I first got this scent, I was a little sick, so I didn't think it smelled like lemon or a dessert. But now that I am better. Let me tell you. It smells like a custard dessert. So yummy. After it dries, it gets almost more delicious, that custard dessert turns warm, like fresh out the oven. Deffff going to buy the bottle.

I loved this! The lemon sweetness is beautiful, it’s soft and pillow like. It wasn’t sharp, herbal, or herbal very sweet; it felt balanced. My only complaint is projection and longevity. This would be office safe as it didn’t project far and it really didn’t last more than a couple hours tops.

I LOVE this scent. When I tried it, I didn’t love it, it was way too much lemon for me, but after just 5 min waiting for the drydown, oh my gosh this scent is heaven. It almost smells like a more lemon-y Gentle Fluidity after about an hour, with a bit more vanilla. It’s gorgeous, I can’t wait to get full size.

I can’t believe nobody has said this smells like Bianco Latte on the drydown. Nice lemony opening, but the sweetness is more of a maple syrup scent instead of marshmallow or sugar. After an hour, the lemon is gone, the maple syrup is gone and it’s morphed into Bianco Latte. At least on me. So thankful for samples!

Wow! This was an immediate full size bottle purchase after my sample :) It starts off like an actual Lemonhead candy (back in my days), but then settles into a delicious lemon creamsicle. I Love it!! Luckyscent also ships quickly.

I don't usually go for gourmands, but this smells so amazing and it is not cloyingly sweet or headache inducing. I am really enjoying it and it has good longevity.

I love AKRO BAKE, it is so good. I had gotten a sample and I used it so quickly. I am hoping to order a full bottle soon! It is a pretty lemon scent not too overpowering in my opinion.

This is so fun. It's a sweet and zesty lemon cake scent. Would I want to wear this daily? Absolutely not. Would I reach for this if I needed to mix things up and make myself smile? Sure! It's on my buy list, but I wish it came in a travel size because I don't see myself wearing it often.

I’ve been trying to find a perfume similar to J.R. Watkins’ Lemon Cream collection and was hoping this one would be it. This is much more lemony than Lemon Cream and doesn’t have as much vanilla. The vanilla comes through more after a couple of hours, but it’s still not as strong as I would like. THAT BEING SAID, once the overpowering (imo) lemon fades, I really love this perfume! I get whiffs of it whenever I move around and it’s such a delicious lemon cookie scent.

Initial spray had me with a burst of tart lemon and sweet vanilla baked goods. Unfortunately, there must be a base note that goes animalic and musty on me in the dry down. I hate it bc it was absolute perfection in the beginning and there's not a note listed that I don't like. If this works on you, I'm so jealous, lol! Thank God for samples)
