Chiming in with the love for this one. I'm a rose fan but I don't normally like gourmands. I put this on and couldn't stop smelling my wrist. I almost thought it had vanilla, but it wasn't pushing me away. Love. Even a little daub lasted throughout a workday. Adding this to my fb wish list.

Fabulously feminine floral and very different rose. Bought a FB as I was very happy and kept on smelling my arms when wearing this fragrance. Scent made this old lady feel beautiful and energized.

A breathtakingly beautiful spicy gourmand creation centered around a note of the most beautiful and delicate Bulgarian rose (an accord I am admittedly not a big fan of). Here master Oriental perfumer SHL blends the rose with luscious fruit accords (litchi and pomegranate) and spices ( cardamom, pepper and cumin). The resulting juice is a bright radiant unisex beauty with a moderate sillage and projection that will appeal even to those who are put off by rose based perfume accords. The fragrance lovingly lingers and teases your skin and induces feelings of pleasant euphoria. Lovely, breathtakingly so!

To be honest, when I found pomegranate, litchi, and cumin seeds in the notes, I personally did not expect a lot. However, when I tried the sample, it felt so different and unique, beautiful beyond words. I would personally name her 'Hurrem', for she smelled like a cheerful and also stubborn harem rose. The base note is absolutely wonderful.

This is the best rose fragrance that I have ever tried and it's also so much more than just a rose fragrance. Beautifully blended, this exudes quality and elegance. The rose is always there but layers of spice, oak moss, leather, and vanilla also come through. It's a soliflore but it's also a chypre/oriental fragrance. Very unexpected and in a good way. I highly recommend.

A wonderful Christmas gift this year! I usually have to switch out perfumes each day, but this is day 2 for this one as I didn't want it to stop. A spicy, fruity rose chypre that interestingly starts out with the deeper base notes of resins and spices and slowly develops into a smooth vanilla with touches of pomegranate. The rose lingers throughout and is truly beautiful. The bottle and packaging are lovely. Very happy with this one!

This rose reminds me of the rose in Testa Maura's Carticasi. This scent brings a powdery, cleanly dusty rose center-stage, ribboned with a double-helix of accents---one being a cool herbaceous side, the other, a warm, earthy resinous spice that blossoms with one's body heat. This is a lovely, mature rose scent that speaks of quiet elegance.

A beautiful ethery composition. Very elegant soft and powdery rose almost on a classic side but standing strong on the modern side. The type of perfume just like Grossmith Saffron Rose that asks my full attention and can't have enough.

Gorgeous, unique rose fragrance. The list of notes do not aptly describe the fragrance's complexity. It opens with a fruity, leathery rose which mellows over time to a soft pink rose dusted with dry spice and vanilla powder. At points in the heart, it almost smells oud-ish. I also smell touches of saffron in the blend. I find it really wearable and comforting with about 8 hours of lasting power and stays fairly close to skin, although I'm a light sprayer. I bought a FB in the end. No regrets.

If you are looking for the Holy Grail rose scent, you can stop here. This is simply the most perfect, deep, exquisite rose concoction on earth. Everything else pales in comparison.
