The first time I smelled Medie from Trudon, I sprayed it on, which is kind of unusual. I usually test things on paper and sometimes they don't hit my skin, but I needed to try this because I loved it on paper so much. And I can honestly say that since then I've been putting this on nearly every day. It's just an instant attraction for me.

The main note in this scent is grapefruit. It's a slightly bitter grapefruit and it's paired with some jasmine sambac. And there's also a little bit of incense in there, which might be the little bit of magic because I love incense and fragrances. Although I don't really smell so much incense. In fact, what it does remind me a little bit of is the late nineties and Laudissez Pour Homme from Issey Miyake was a scent that I used to wear and a lot of people wore this fragrance. It was really popular. And I'm not going to say that this is a copycat of that or even resembles it. But somehow when I wear this fragrance, it brings me back to that scent. And that's a really great thing for me.

I love the presentation so much. This green glass cap is, I think, a reference to the green glass of the gorgeous candles from Cirque Trudon. I'm just a huge fan. The dry down goes a little bit more traditional masculine, I'm going to say. Although I know that a lot of women wear this and it smells fantastic on women. So I'm going to call this unisex fragrance. It's definitely something that is in my fragrance wardrobe and will stay there.

This is Mehdi from Trudon.
