Luckyscent Videos: Relique d'Amour by Oriza L. Legrand

Hi guys, today I'm wearing Relique d'Amour by Oriza Legrand. This is one of my favorite perfumes. I wear it all the time. It is an incense scent but it has these beautiful notes of white lilies, myrrh, there's wood notes.

To me, there isn't another perfume that transports you so specifically into a place and time. When I smell this, I think of walking into a stone cathedral, so I picture these wet, mossy stones, incense burning inside and then these cool, slightly sweet white lilies blooming and it's just this beautiful, calming effect. If you've never been into stone cathedral, I'm sure you can imagine it. I'm not thinking Los Angeles, something more exotic, Europe. It really just transports you into this place and time that is so unique and so specific.

I really like the dampness, the coolness of it, especially when it's hot out. So I would say I do wear this all year round and you can definitely do so. It works really well in the spring, summer months too because I've realized I like the feeling of this kind of cool and sweet lily and stone.

The lilies really come through on my skin, so I wouldn't call it a floral heavy scent but there's definitely this gentle floral note that really permeates through the incense. There's a touch of, I think of it as waxed wood and pews. There's this wood note. There's a mossy kind of green note maybe from the stone, like moss growing on the stones or the trees outside.

It's definitely pleasant. It's not going to punch someone in the face, but just beautiful and different and really special. So, Oriza Legrand's Relique d'Amour.
