So I found myself reaching for Chinese Tobacco by 1969 a lot more than I was expecting. It's got this really airy citrusy quality that makes it work in hot weather, even though it's primarily a tobacco and incense and vetiver and even tar-based scent. It doesn't read as heavy.

It really reminds me of Fahrenheit by Dior, which is one of my all-time favorites. It's got this great juxtaposition between a fresh bergamot, lemon, and red pepper, I believe, with this darker rooty vetiver, smoky tobacco, and spice. It really is quite special in how it melds with your skin and creates a beautiful little cloud around you.

Yeah, it never becomes oppressive despite the darker notes in there. So yeah, if you're a fan of Fahrenheit or similar scents, I think Chinese Tobacco by 1969 is definitely something worth your time.
