Luckyscent Videos: Odeur 10 - Comme des Garçons

I love it when perfumes surprise me. And I suppose I should expect that from Comme des Garcons. When I first tried this fragrance on, this is Odeur 10 by the way, I smelled these notes that reminded me of cleaners. Like industrial cleaners, something that you might use to clean your floor. And I thought, do I want to wear that on my skin? But Comme des Garcons seems to be challenging me to do so in a way that only they can.

All those aldehydes are present and I kind of really enjoy that soapy-ness. But in the dry down, I started getting these notes that were reminiscent of some of my favorite fragrances from the 90s. Like Laudissez Pour Homme from Issey Miyake. And suddenly this scent that resembles industrial cleaning products was making reference to another decade in perfumery. And I thought, that's so smart and very interesting.

Now I'm wearing this every day. Odeur 10.
