Luckyscent Videos: Compliment - Maison Violet

So we recently got Maison Violet as a new line, which has been revamped by a few fragrance enthusiasts. The line goes back all the way to 1827, I think. And this has been my favorite, although there's so many great ones.

Compliment, or Compliment, and it is a beautiful green tuberose that kind of is reminiscent of Carnal Flower by Frederic Malle, but it has its own thing. There's this really creamy ylang-ylang that doesn't ever get overbearing. It's a really beautiful astringent tuberose, and the drydown is ISOI Super, so you get tons of compliments when you're wearing it as well.

The Perfumer's Napoli Lore Scent, who I love from her work in L'Alic and Encre Noire, is legendary. And she uses ISOI Super probably the best out of anyone to my nose. So yeah, a beautiful, radiant green tuberose that you can wear really any time of the year.
