Nobile 1942 - La Danza Delle Libellule Eau de Parfum

Transcript

La Danza delle Libellule has a challenging name to say but there is nothing else challenging about this fragrance and I mean that as a compliment. This is a beautiful gourmand released by Nobile in 1942 that has no hard edges, no big concepts. It's not ambitious in that direction. And in the niche world that's almost a rarity.

This is the most delicate, comforting, soothing gourmand out there I think. It's surprisingly uplifting and refreshing while being comforting and soft and rich. The top notes of apple and bergamot are what give it that crisp brightness. And woods and musk give a cozy, like a warm blanket dry down. This is what I reach for when I want optimal coziness. I don't wear this when I'm necessarily looking to impress or seduce. I wear this for myself.

The image I see when I first spray this is fresh peeled apples. So beautiful, slightly floral, and mouthwatering. Next to the other ingredients for an apple pie is some flour, butter, vanilla extract, and a little bit of fresh ground cinnamon. It's probably the most relaxing image any perfume has ever conjured in my mind.

So I really enjoy wearing this and I think you will too if you're a fan of gourmand, of vanilla, or of apple. And I feel like this is fairly feminine, almost very feminine. But you know what guys, you can try this too because who doesn't love an apple pie?
