Luckyscent Videos: Scent Bar Shelf Tour - Amber

Amber is a style of smell and they're composed of fragrant plant resins, namely cystus labdanum, that's the most common one, with vanilla. And when these notes are combined they create this very pillowy, very soft and full scent. I particularly like wearing amber fragrances in the winter when it's cold.

This is Akkad. This is probably the most classical style amber on the shelf right now. In addition to your classic cystus labdanum and vanilla, I also get a touch of licorice or anise and incense. This is Pas de Velours from Les Nereides. This is more of a transparent minimal take on amber, which is interesting because I'm used to ambers as being so full. This just gives you a whisper of the amber style while remaining light.

This is Ryder from Ex Idolo. This scent is focusing more on the plant resins and less on the vanilla. I've been around people wearing Ryder and it's truly compelling.
