Luckyscent Videos: Paradisi - Jorum Studio

Jorum Studio is a really cool house that we carry and they're from Scotland. Pretty much everything they make is super unique and special and Paradisi is no exception.

It starts out with a very tart and sort of tropical guava note that's not at all sweet. After that, it really goes into a tomato stem leafy vegetal green that also is not at all sweet. I feel like a lot of greens on my skin tend to dry down in a sweet direction and Paradisi maintains its sort of acrid bitterness throughout which I love.

The base notes are patchouli and soil so there's kind of a wet earth thing happening here, a little bit of gardening with the tomato stem and the soil and the guava. Paradisi is very evocative of humid weather. It has that sort of steamy summertime warm mugginess to it and that's what I love about it.

Definitely worth checking out if you're already a green lover but even if you're only getting into greens for the first time, I would highly recommend this. Paradisi by Joram Studio.
