Luckyscent Videos: BOHOBOCO - Vanilla Black Pepper

I was really excited to discover this new brand we just got in called BOHOBOCO. It's from Poland and they just have such a fantastic sense of design. The bottles were so eye-catching to me.

Strangely, the first one I tried on was the Vanilla Black Pepper. And I say strangely because I don't really gravitate towards gourmand fragrances or many vanilla scents. But there was something calling out to me when I saw this bottle and I'm so glad I tried it on because I love the way it smells.

I would say it's more vanillic than vanilla. It's more like benzoin. So think of incense with a slightly sweet edge to it or a slightly sweet wood. If you like Oduel from Diptyque, for example, I think you will really enjoy this.

I love the way it wears. Definitely unisex. And in fact, if I'm asked in the future, are there more masculine vanillas that you could recommend? I think I'll definitely say Vanilla Black Pepper from BOHOBOCO.
