Luckyscent Videos: Ex Nihilo - Honore Delights

I've come to only expect chic and sophisticated from this brand Ex Nihilo. So when this new release came out, Honore Delights, it really came through with the goods.

The first thing I get is orange blossom. I love orange blossom. And then on skin, the iris really starts coming through, a slightly powdery iris. There's something really interesting about the combination of orange blossom with iris that almost resembles freesia—kind of like a spicy powdery floral. It's so interesting.

But then in the dry down, you get just a whisper of gourmand. I think Honore is referring to the pastry. So imagine flaky, light as air layers of pastry and sweet whipped cream. It's just such a joy. It's not super gourmand. It's not super sweet. It's just the most elegant, perfect balance.
