I was wanting something similar to Tart Deco by Snif, a powdery cherry. This sounded perfect! But for some reason the cherry and powder notes are almost fighting each other. The cherry is very sour and sharp and the powder is just…. there. It melds more when it dries down, but there’s still something off about it for some reason. It’s almost medicinal.

She smells like you’re reading, a book while you’re in school suspension. It’s fall and you smell cough drops as someone reapplies their eyeshadow at the same time. Someone is sharpening a pencil. You wake up with cold sweats.

I'm not sure if I just don't have the right appreciation for this fragrance, or if it's really that big of a miss. Definitely get a sample before purchasing a full bottle. I blind bought this based off of excellent reviews of other fragrances from this house. This one smells a bit like a sour baby wipe on the drydown. The cherry note is very strange and the powder note comes across very harsh. If you buy this hoping to get a gourmand cherry... this is not that. But I am still eager to try the other fragrances!
