Over the summer, we had a lot of people coming in asking for God of Fire. Big hitter, everyone loves it, totally get it. However, we also try and refer people to Narco Oasis because Narco Oasis is another really beautiful juicy fruity summer scent and it was definitely a heavy hitter over the summer as well. People love it.

For transitioning into fall and winter colder weather, people are often like, I wanna use what I have and bring in another scent to layer it with. So in that instance, we would recommend something like this. To bring Narco Oasis into the fall, I would recommend Drunk Lovers. Drunk Lovers is kind of a boozier version of God of Fire and it works really well because it has a little bit of those deeper resinous notes. So, highly recommend layering those. If you wanna bring Narco Oasis into the fall with you, layer it with Drunk Lovers.

This scent reminded me of high school and I'm in my thirties. The prominent notes to me are red berries, cognac, and vanilla. The sandalwood kicks in once it dries down. I don't smell the cardamom. It definitely last and lingers. I got maybe six hours from a few dabs of the sample. I did try this in late summer in Texas, so maybe I need to try it in the cooler months to see what notes stick out more.

Got a sample and my husband LOVES this. A sweeter, boozy woody scent. Heavenly on my husband in the cooler fall months. Simply beautiful and great longevity!

It seems like for the past couple of years, cherry has been the protagonist for so many new fragrances. Lately, I feel like I have developed a strong predilection for Cardamom. Is it because I manifest it coming into my life? If you are already familiar with Hot Shot by the house of Miles Wambaugh (created by Dominique Ropion) then you're already going to be familiar with Drunk Lovers. This is an absolutely gorgeous soft, cardamom with some woody, vanilla undertones. Do not think that this is a strong cardamom like Minuet et Demi or Akro Awake- this is more subtle. I highly recommend experiencing this. Dirty Rice is another winner in this house.
