Death Of A Ladies Man

I got this strictly off a friend's suggestions and did not immediately like it when I opened the vial. I’m new to the fragrance world, so other than basil and violet, I didn’t know what to expect. I am SO GLAD I tried this because it is actually incredible on the skin and very unique. I definitely get an earthy, natural vibe that’s very well rounded by a beautiful sweetness. I wore this around Easter and I couldn’t stop thinking about fresh flowers and Easter candy when I sniffed this - it really got me in the mood. But in the most sophisticated, non-gourmand way. It’s such an incredibly pleasant, intoxicating scent. Definitely full bottle worthy IMO.

Reminds me a lot of Monstera by Xinú, but more floral. It smells lovely in the sample vial, and the end of the opening through the life of the fragrance on skin is very pleasant. The immediate opening is a little harsh and soapy if you sniff right up close. That dissipates fairly quickly, however, and leaves you in a green and just pleasantly soapy bubble. The drydown smells like a nice natural shampoo, how I imagine those shampoo plants (ginger lilies) would smell. The opening skews a little feminine, but the dry down is unisex. Quite nice, if not very moving. Seems to have a good projection and decent longevity for such a light scent. Office safe, just don't over-apply. 810.

This is a fresh, bright, green scent. It is really beautiful. If you want to get away from the typical scents that is trending this just might be your ticket. I think this could be an all year round fragrance as well.
